  • The driver must be at least 21 years old, having minimum 1 year driving experience
  • The minimal rental period is 1 day / 24 hours
  • The first hour of the delay is free of charge. After the first hour, you will be charged a full day rental.
  • Maximum 2 (two) additional drivers are allowed.
  • The fuel is not included in the price.
  • The cars are delivered having the fuel-tank full and must be returned in the same manner


1. GENERAL TERMS

Renters are asked to read carefully and confirm acceptance upon all terms and conditions by signing the Rental Contract.

2.AGE

For renting a car, the driver has to be at least 21 years old and have at least one year of driving experience.

 

3.1. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

The vehicle is delivered in good overall conditions, without any visible damage and with full tank, and any complaints about its conditions have to be made immediately on delivery. Renter agrees to return the car with its documents, accessories and equipments in the same conditions at the location, on the date and time agreed in this contract. After 3 hours delay from agreed return time, the owner reserves the right to notify immediately the Police for car theft.

 

3.2. RENTAL CONDITIONS

After the first hour from the delivery time specified in the contract, one will pay the renting fee of the car for a full day.

No more than 1 (one) additional driver are allowed. Remark: in case the car is involved in an accident and its driver is not specified in the contract, the warranty will be lost.

A rental day equals 24 hours since coming into possession of the rented vehicle.

The fuel is not included in the price.

The car is delivered with fuel and has to be returned in the same condition.

The cars are structured by classes, we reserv the right to offer you a car from a higher class than the one reserved, at the same price.

Making an online rezervation will receive a voucher confirming commands, on the e-mail address specified in the order form, voucher that the customer will present when he pick-up the car.

 

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

In case of any vehicle malfunction or damage you have to immediately announce it to tel. no. (004) 0765.639.692 or e-mail: office@dmccars.ro.

The renter agrees that the vehicle will not be operated or driven:

 

  • in contravention of any customs, traffic or other rules;
  • to transport passengers or property for any remunerations;
  • to allow overweight of the vehicle (also considering number of seats) above the limits specified in car registration;
  • to push or drag any other vehicle, trailer or other object;
  • while customer or any other driver of the car is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotic or any other substance that could affect his consciousness, driving capacity or ability to react;

f) in case of any damage of the vehicle, the car must be repaired only in authorized services by the manufacturer;

  • in any race, test or contest;
  • to leave the car with keys in contact, door/windows/trunk open;
  • otherwise than in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the manufacturer.

8. VALIDITY .'

The renter agrees that any addition or alteration to these terms conditions will be null and avoid unless agreed upon in 'writing by the both parts.

 

9. JURISDICTION

The court of Bucharest, Romania, will adjudge all disputes arising from the

car rental within these terms and conditions.

 

10. THE CANCELING OF THE RESERVATION

The canceling of the reservation will be made at least 3 (three) days before the beginning of the renting period. In any other case the price of the first rental day will be retained.
